Troubleshooting Brands

"I believe the true road to preeminent success in any line is to make yourself master in that line. I have no faith in the policy of scattering one's resources, and in my experience I have rarely if ever met a man who achieved preeminence in money making.. certainly never one in manufacturing.. who was interested in many concerns."
Andrew Carnegie

With the “Best Brands” around, I can’t stop thinking if they are really the best brands around. Best brands means greater value, competitive, and of course socially responsible. One might claim that they are the best among their leagues but were they also doing well when it comes of helping or at least preserving human values, preserving the environment and creating a better world for the “futures” of tomorrow.

The problem right now is too much Consumerism. Companies focused on Branding merely on what the consumers would get and be satisfied rather than teaching consumers how to be responsible. Most of the time, Branding tends to be misleading.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) should always be taken into consideration in Branding Process. Sadness, most companies have to set up foundations to the job for them rather than incorporating CSR on the product.

I believe that the best brand around is “Ourselves”. We package ourselves based on what we want, we achieved and others perception. The great deal about our packaging is that we have VALUES. We trust ourselves where most of the Brands don't.

Brands should Evolved, Valued and Trusted.
